When you submit an online enquiry, Museums Victoria collects your personal information, that is your name, email address and phone number, in order to:
- answer your enquiry or request
- respond to and/or resolve feedback provided by you
- contact you if further information is required regarding your enquiry, request, offer, or feedback
- add you to the Museums Victoria mailing list (if you choose not to opt out at this point), from which you can unsubscribe at any time
- conduct surveys, market research and analysis.
You are entitled to gain access to the personal information which Museums Victoria has collected about you by contacting Museums Victoria at privacy@museum.vic.gov.au.
Museums Victoria will store your personal information securely and will not share this information with any other party, except as required or authorised by law.
