Ask Us Service Update
The Ask Us service will be limited until November 2026. Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to enquiries about family history, requests for research assistance, item identifications or object donations at this time. Please contact us again with your request after the 1st of November.
We will continue to respond to:
- Enquiries from First Peoples and First Nations communities
- General enquiries about museum programs and events
- Science, History and Technology, Library and Archives collection access requests
- School and university student enquiries
- Requests for existing images from the collection (please note that digitisation and new photography requests are not available)
