Booking conditions:
- Booking requests submitted through this form require at least 4 weeks’ notice. If you need to book within that timeframe, please call our team on 13 11 02 to arrange your visit.
- If there is availability on your preferred date/s, our bookings team will create a confirmed booking from your form submission. If you are only interested in making an enquiry, please email schools@museum.vic.gov.au
- Your excursion is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation email. If more information is required we will contact you.
Changes & cancellations:
- Changes or cancellations must be made in writing at least 21 days before your visit.
- If you change or cancel within 21 days of your visit, the full program and booking fees will apply.
Payment:
- A tax invoice for the full amount will be emailed on the day of your visit.
- You can reduce your booked numbers by up to 10% to allow for student absences.
- Payment is due within 2 weeks after your visit (we cannot accept payment before your visit).
