With your knowledgeable guide, journey through 600 Million Years gallery that showcases fossils found right here in Victoria. Then journey on through Dinosaur Walk and Triceratops: Fate of the Dinosaurs to learn how these fascinating animals lived and died millions of years ago.
Get hands on with the history of dinosaurs in museums and how we understand the clues deciphered by palaeontologists, whilst marvelling at the epic proportion of these prehistoric animals.

Tour Information
- Receive an exclusive gift lanyard and tote bag, plus a 10% discount in the Museum Store on the day of the tour.
- Meet your Tour Guide at the Melbourne Museum Information Desk in the foyer at 1:30pm.
- General entry to the Melbourne Museum on the day of the tour is included.
- Guests will be equipped with an audio headset through which they will be able to hear their Guide’s commentary. This guided tour is provided in English.
- Group size: maximum 12.
