Take a deep breath. Reboot your system with performance by Daniel and David Wilfred
A collective ritual of breath, sound and stillness unfolds beneath the Dome of the Royal Exhibition Building. Guided breathwork, meditation and live music merge to create a sensory experience designed to slow the mind, awaken the body and deepen connection.
The evening begins with a 90-minute guided breathwork experience led by The Breath Haus, culminating in a grounding live music performance. Known for creating transformative experiences in unexpected settings, The Breath Haus invites audiences to reconnect with themselves through the simple yet powerful act of conscious breathing.
Then Yolnu songmen, Daniel and David Wilfred, of Hand to Earth, along with Bhairavi Raman (violin), Peter Knight (electronics/trumpet), and Helen Svoboda (bass), lead audiences deeper into a state of listening and connection. Their music will hold a space for stillness and connection, extending the evening’s journey inward.
Together, they create an evening that invites audiences to slow down, tune in and experience sound, breath and space in a profoundly different way.
