We are currently experiencing technical difficulties on our website. We are working on resolving the issue.
We’re not just star gazing. We’re star gay-zing.
The night sky holds many stories, in all the constellations formed by the stars scattered throughout the sky. Have you ever wondered – or queeried – what they are?
Scienceworks is looking up this Pride Month. Every Saturday during the month of June, Melbourne Planetarium will guide you on a journey through the night sky to explore some of the stories in the stars and in space that have an LGBTQIA+ flavour.
You will also lift off Earth and travel among some of the places in our solar system that are linked to queer stories and icons. No two shows are the same, as they are based on which stars and planets are visible in the sky that night.
